Kim Cattrall

Cattrall, born 21 August 1956 was a British-Canadian actress. Her most
well-known role is her part in Sex and the City's Samantha Jones (1998-2004),
which earned her five Emmy Awards as well as four Golden Globe Award
nominations. She also won the 2002 Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting
Artistress. In the films Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010)
she reprised her part of Samantha Jones. Cattrall's film debut was in Rosebud
(1975) in which she would go on to play different roles on television. With
films like Ticket To Heaven (1981), Police Academy (1984), Hold-Up (85) (also
known as City Limits(85), Big Trouble in Little China [86and Mannequin[]
(1987), Masquerade in 1988), Midnight Crossing in 1989, and The Return of the
Musketeers in 1989. Cattrall soon became an international star. Tribute (1980),
Porky's(1981), Turk 182 (85) and Baby Geniuses(1999) were just a few of her
appearances. Other credits in her filmography include The Bonfire of the
Vanities (1990), Star Trek VI The Undiscovered Country (1991), Split Second
(1992), Above Suspicion (1995) and 15 Minutes (2001), Crossroads (2002), Ice
Princess (2005), My Boy Jack (2007), The Ghost Writer (2010), and Meet Monica
Velour (2010).
